Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
UK Shipping Options:
• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) – 2–3 business days
• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) – 1–2 business days
International Shipping:
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and rates will vary depending on location. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Hancox of Cheshire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details — we’ll make it right.
